Premium Content Subscriptions
For any paid premium content subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, with no additional charges afterward.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription to prevent automatic renewal, but no refund will be provided for the remaining unused portion.
E-Books and Digital Guides
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and digital travel guides are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. However, if you haven't downloaded the product and contact us within 14 days of purchase, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Services
Tour Bookings
For any tours or travel experiences booked through our website:
- Cancellation 30+ days before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 15-29 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the scheduled tour date: 25% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date: No refund.

Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your plans. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or natural disasters, we may offer more flexible refund terms upon providing appropriate documentation. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise
For physical merchandise purchased through our website:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.
